Good afternoon Shannon,
Our office is in receipt of your FOIL request regarding 30 Ketchamtown Rd. The request states you are lookingfor
any and all information but I was hoping we can justverify exactly what documents you need. Ourfiles are in paper
format so we would have to send a lot of the documentation out to a print shop for duplication. You would be
responsible forthe cost of any copies. I have included a list of the permits and CO's issued to the property. There
are plans and surveys on file but they are too large for me to copy in the office.
There are currently no open permits or violations. This does not mean that no violations exist, just that our records
do not currently show any. 1 have attached the most recent well test we had on file. We would require a new one
for a sale.
Let me know if you are looking for anything additional or have any other questions and we can figure out what we
will still need to make copies of.
