We spoke over the phone regarding the property of 18-64 Griffith Way, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590
Pa rceL 13569-6259-03-225301-0000.
I received the FOIL request response; however, I still need to get the answers to these questions
regarding certificates of occupancy to complete the report.
Can you answer these questions or direct me to the person who would be able to answer these
questions?
The Lender would Like the answers to these questions included in the report. They would Like you to
answer the first question as if you could not Locate a certificate of occupancy in your records.
1. If you cannot Locate a Certificate of Occupancy in your records for a commercial property, would
there be any enforcement action?
2. When are Certificates of Occupancy issued for commercial property (new construction, change of
use, new tenant, renovations/remodels, etc.)?
3. Is a new owner required to obtain a new Certificate of Occupancy?
