The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Phillips and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby acknowledges the
termination of Employee #9820.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby authorizes the
calculation and payment due to this employee in accordance with the Town of Wappinger
Personnel Policy/Manual.
