The following Resolution was introduced by Casella and seconded by Councilman
Phillips.
WHEREAS, Robert Ceru, verbally submitted his resignation as a Solid Waste Attendant for the Town
of Wappinger Recycle Center effective April 8, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows;
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted
herein.
2. The Town Board hereby accepts the resignation of Robert Ceru as a Solid Waste Attendant for the
Town of Wappinger Recycle Center effective April 8, 2026.
3. The Town Comptroller, Daniel Tucker, is directed to compute any sums due to Robert Ceru.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows
