non-refundable fee.
* Applicants possessing a valid Dutchess County Veterans Vendors License are exempt from
the $200.00 flee, provided that a copy of said license is attached to the application.

applying for new tags. Please destroy your
old cards when the new cards become
effective.

Declarations Page, which is included with
your insurance packet.
Notify us promptly of any change in your
address to be sure you receive all important
