Good morning,
Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law (Public Officers Law Article 0), 1 am requesting
copies of all records maintained by the Building Department related to the property located at 1070 and
1072 Route 9, Wappingers Falls NY
Specifically, I am requesting the following records, to the extent they exist:
• Certificate of Occupancy (including any temporary or amended COs)
• All building permits and applications (approved, denied, or withdrawn)
• Final inspections and sign -offs for all permits
• Open and closed code violations
• Stop -work orders
• Records of legal non -conforming use, if applicable
• Correspondence, notices, or enforcement actions related to the property
• Any records indicating approved or denied changes of use
• Building or zoning compliance determinations issued by the department
Electronic copies (PDF format) are preferred and may be emailed in response. I am able to come in and
look over th files if possible. If any portion of this request is denied or exempt, please identify the specific
statutory basis for the denial as required under FOIL.
If there are any fees associated with fulfillingthis request, please advise prior to processing.

you were looking to obtain records pertaining to 1070-1072 Route 9 within the Town of Wappinger jurisdiction. This
is a Large file that is currently only in paper format. If you would like to schedule an appointment to review the files
