Resolution Appointing Prosecutor To Town of Wappinger Justice Court
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
12, 2026.

The following Resolution was introduced by Casella and seconded by Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, the appointment of a Prosecutor is permissible to stand in the place of an
enforcement agency not in attendance to ensure the prosecution of such traffic and Code
Enforcement related violations, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger does
hereby appoint Paul Ackermann, Esq. or his designated associate, to serve as a Prosecutor
to the Town of Wappinger Justice Court.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
