Departments, And Agencies For Calendar Year 2026
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
12, 2026.

The following Resolution was introduced by Casella and seconded by Councilman Beale.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Hogan, Rossi, & Ligouri, LLP, is hereby appointed and retained for the
purposes of furnishing to the Town Board, and the Town's officers, departments and
agencies, such legal advice and services as may be required by the Town Board, the Town's
various departments, and agencies during calendar year 2026 and shall receive
compensation for such services.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
