Resolution Appointing Member to the Planning Board
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
12, 2026.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph D. Cavaccini, Town Supervisor, and upon roll

The following Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Cavaccini and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, Markos Perakitos' term as a Member of the Planning Board expired December 31,
2025; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger wishes to re -appoint Markos Perakitos
to the Planning Board for a seven (7) year term, which term will expire on December 31, 2032.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Paul Freno is hereby appointed as a
Member of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board for a seven (7) year term commencing
January 1, 2026, with the appointment terminating on December 31, 2032.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
