Resolution Accepting Miracle Circle As A Town Road
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held
at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on November 10, 2025.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph D.
Cavaccini, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Casella and seconded by Councilman Phillips.
WHEREAS, the Town Board is in the process of coordinating the completion of various outstanding items
for the Myers Corners Landing (Miracle Circle) Subdivision (the "Subdivision") left incomplete by the
project developer; and
WHEREAS, notwithstanding certain items being incomplete, the Town Board desires to protect the
residents of the Subdivision by accepting Miracle Circle as a town road prior to the start of any inclement
weather; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board is in receipt of an as -built survey of Miracle Circle together with its related
stormwater improvements and is in receipt of conveyance documents for said Miracle Circle; and
WHEREAS, said conveyance documents are in form acceptable for recording.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby accepts Miracle Circle as a town road
and authorizes Town Supervisor Joseph D. Cavaccini and Superintendent of Highways Michael J.
Sheehan to execute any documents necessary in connection with same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, no action herein relieves or intends to relive the project developer from any
liability in connection with any costs incurred for the completion of the Subdivision and for the technical
completion of any remaining items normally associated with the Town Board's acceptance of a town
owned road.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
