Re: FOIL request for records relating to all 2025 Roadway and
Paving Projects
Dear Records Access Officer,
The New York Foundation for Fair Contracting ("N YFFC") is a not-for-profit organization established to "level the
playing field" in public construction for the benefit of contractors, workers, and taxpayers. The NYFFC requests the
following information pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law ("FOIL"), Public Officers Law § 87 et seq.,
including;
• Copies of all bid submission/procurement documents, including all required attachments, and any documents
submitted for all 2025 Road Resurfacing Construction Projects.
• Copies of all certified payroll records submitted for work on all 2025 Road Resurfacing Construction
Projects.
• Copies of all inspection reports, work reports, and or worker sign -in sheets submitted for work relating to all
2025 Road Resurfacing Construction Projects.
Electronic copies are preferred if available. If only physical documents are available, we consent to the .25 cent per
page fee and will remit payment as soon as the number of pages is established. Please contact us prior to preparing
documents if the cost of fulfilling the request is estimated to be greater than $50.00. If you have any questions, please
