WHEREAS, the Town has property that is requested to be declared surplus by Town Supervisor
Joseph D. Cavaccini and Superintendent of Highways Michael J. Sheehan, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following property is hereby declared surplus and is
to be auctioned off by the Superintendent of Highways:
