The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Phillips and seconded by Casella.
WHEREAS, a local law extending, for a period of six (6) months, Local Law No. 1 of 2024 entitled "A Local
Law the Regulation For An Interim Period, The Receipt, Processing And Approval Of Applications For
Subdivisions Greater Than Three Lots And Applications For Multi -Family Residential Development Within
The Town Of Wappinger", was introduced as Introductory Local Law 4 6 (the "Local Law") of the year 2025
before the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger on September 22, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the public hearing was opened on October 14, 2025 and the public was invited to
attend and be heard on the matter;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Introductory Local Law 4 6 of 2025 is hereby
enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger as Local Law 6 of 2025 of the Town of Wappinger; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a true copy of the law is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
