The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Phillips and seconded by Casella.
WHEREAS, Lori McConologue in a letter dated October 6, 2025 has submitted her resignation as a
Deputy Town Clerk for the Town of Wappinger Town Clerk's Office effective October 15, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby accepts the resignation of Lori McConologue as a Deputy Town Clerk for
the Town of Wappinger Town Clerk's Office effective October 15, 2025.
3. The Town Comptroller is directed to compute any sums due to Lori McConologue by reason of
any benefit time such as unused sick pay, vacation pay and personal time that may be owing to
her pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Town and Teamsters Local 445.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
