York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on September 22, 2025.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Phillips and seconded by Casella.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of New York State Town Law Section 103, the Town Clerk
is required to deliver the Town Supervisor's Tentative Budget to the Town Board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger deems it necessary to set a Special Meeting
to receive said Supervisor's Tentative Budget, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby sets a
Special Meeting for Monday, October 6, 2025 at 7:00pm, to be held at Wappinger Town Hall, 20
Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, for the purpose of Town Clerk Joseph P. Paoloni to
deliver Town Supervisor Joseph D. Cavaccini's Tentative Budget to the Town Board, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby directed to provide proper notice of said
Special Meeting in accordance with Open Meetings Law and the Rules of the Wappinger Town
Board.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
