1. Can you identify by name, employee # 9428 as referenced in Resolution 2024-225, titled "Resolution Adopting
Hearing Officer's Findings and Recommendation of Penalty In Civil Service Law..."
2. Can you provide a copy of the charges levied against this employee?
3. Can you provide the "Findings and Recommendations of the Hearing Officer"?
4. Can you provide the full transcript of the hearing?
5. Can you provide copies of any exhibits submitted on behalf of both sides?
6. Can you also provide years of service, with start and finish dates (both times) Steve Frazier was employed by the Town
of Wappiriger?
