Resolution To Authorize Funding For Additional Pest Spraying At Robinson Lane
Baseball Complex
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on July 14,
2025.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Casella.
WHEREAS, due to drainage mitigation at Robinson Lane Baseball Complex, there is a need to
additional pest spraying for the fields at the rear of the complex, and
WHEREAS, the Town received a quote from Waverly Pest Control, a Town of Wappinger business, to
remedy the situation at Robinson Lane Baseball Complex for $2,375.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth and adopted
herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes the amount of $2,375.00 payable to Waverly Pest Control from
B Fund Balance.
3. Town Supervisor Joseph D. Cavaccini is hereby authorized and directed to execute any and all
contracts on behalf of the Town.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
