Resolution Authorizing Repair Of Wappinger Patrol Vehicle
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on July 14,
2025.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Casella.
WHEREAS, on June 8, 2025, a Dutchess County Sheriff's Office Deputy Sheriff on duty with the
Wappinger Patrol was responding to the scene of an emergency in the Town of Wappinger when the
vehicle was involved in a non -serious motor vehicle accident, and
WHEREAS, Lt. Neil Stuart, Director of the Wappinger Patrol has obtained two estimates to repair the
damage to the Town owned Wappinger Patrol vehicle, DC 121, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby authorize the Director of the
Wappinger Patrol to repair the damage to Wappinger Patrol vehicle, DC121, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby accept the lowest
estimate of $2,897.95 from B&B Auto Specialists.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
