The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Casella.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby confirms the termination of
Employee #9829.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby authorizes the calculation
and payment due to this employee in accordance with the Town of Wappinger Personnel
Policy/Manual.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
